Hello sweet things!

The next chant and movement session at Fabrizia’s Strawbale studio will be on Friday 29th November between 2pm and 5pm (by request). There are a couple of places left, so please get in touch if you wish to attend.

Alternatively, there is another session arranged at the – Clophill centre – the following day, Sat. 30th Nov. again, 2pm – 5pm. Had quite a few enquiries about this one but we are limited to about 12, so please get in touch to book a place.

Our lovely friends Rami and Ivana Shaafi have just endured a 21 hour journey from their home in Slovenia to begin their autumn mini tour of this region of the UK. It is thoroughly recommended to spend time with these marvelous healing souls whenever you get the chance, so do yourselves a favour and catch them sometime over the next month. We will be attending both Clophill events, so please come along and say hello to us as well!
